What better way to celebrate one of the most classic flicks ever made than by joining it up with a themed drag performance? There is no better way, we agree!
We’re partnering with Story Screen Presents and Ame Productions to host another fabulous “Drag Me to the Movies” at the Poughkeepsie Underwear Factory to experience A League of their Own in a whole new way via the minds of some of the most talented and creative performers in the Hudson Valley (and beyond).
There will also be popcorn, candy and super gay baked goods and cookies. Boozie drinks and non-boozie drinks will also be available thanks to the donations of Draught Industries and Tenmile Distillery. And the best part? Proceeds from this event will be going to @transcloset, an organization creating direct ways for folks in our community to get the affirming clothing and resources they need.
