In this hands-on, small group workshop, you’ll learn how to mix, shape, and bake rich, pillowy vegan brioche—perfect for holidays or any special gathering! From soft rolls to elegant braids, you’ll practice shaping techniques, bake your creations to golden perfection, and head home with your freshly baked brioche and a written recipe so you can make them again and again.
We’ll also take you on a quick tour of our commercial kitchen, where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes peek at how we work. Along the way, you’ll learn about the ingredients that make vegan brioche so special, have fun, and connect with new friends who share your love of baking.
