Our small-group, hands-on baking classes are are about 2.5 hours and are designed to support all levels. Attendees will learn to mix, shape, and bake the item they are working on, go deeper into technique an methodology, and of course take home the fruits (er, glutens?) of their labor.
Classes range from $100-150, depending on factors like the item being baked, the length of the class, and the equipment being used. You can purchase them a card to cover a partial or full class!
