Thin Mint Twice-Baked Croissant

This twice-baked double chocolate croissant is filled with chocolate almond frangipane, house-made chocolate peppermint pastry cream, and topped with crushed thin mints and an entire thin mint cookie! We’re doing a super limited run of these so grab them while you can.
