Blueberries and Cream Danish
It’s blueberry season! We get blueberries from Liberty Orchards just across the river from us in Highland. We met Mark, the owner of Liberty Orchards, at the Cold Spring Farmers Market and were blown away by the quality. They're like candy! Liberty Orchards is only at one or two farmers markets, they don't do U-Pick, or even have a website or social media. So we're happy to provide the goods via this classic summer hit.
Note - Cream Cheese is made from Tofutti, so if you have a soy allergy this is one to avoid!
